A leading Service provider with several hundred thousand subscribers, Wananchi Group needed to upgrade its automated provisioning platform. Bearing in mind that the customer is selling a subscription based solution, the provisioning platform is key to ensuring company revenue; new customers need to be provisioned quickly and nonpaying customers need to be terminated seamlessly. Any failures on this system would lead to loss of revenue and customer churn.
